Release notes and product updates
Latest Gemini release v7.5.0 — June 2024
Gemini 7.5 uses Temporal Tables in its SQL logic, so you can query your data as of a specific point in time. The filter has a new “As Of” property, allowing you to specify the date/time, and from the point in time when you implement Gemini 7.5 you will be able to look backwards at your data to see its history as if it were current. This feature is only available if your SQL Server database is version 2016 or higher.
As Of filtering applies to all item data – the items themselves, comments, attachments, audit history etc.
We also closed the loophole to a potential exploit (and we'd like to thank Niels Tanis of Veracode on this point).
Under the hood and behind the curtain, we continue to expand our Machine Language development efforts and we hope to be making some exciting announcements about that in the coming months.
Customers should note that in Q1 2025, email integrations for Microsoft O365 customers will expand to include support for Microsoft’s Graph API. Microsoft has stated that Exchange Web Services will be deprecated on October 1st, 2026. Therefore, through 2025 we recommend that customers using EWS to read mailboxes switch to upcoming Graph integration. Right now, there’s no cause for alarm, you can rest assured that we’ve got you covered.
