Gemini v6.7.0 — Report Permissions, Search Improvements, New Android App, Expanded Rules/Actions

Report Permissions

You can now define which user group can view and execute which report. We have also added the ablity to delete reports.

Searching Improvements

We have added the ability to perform a "not" search for lists. For example show me all items that are not a bug.

Image Attachment Preview

Gemini will now preview the image attachment when you hover over the file name.

New Android App

The new Countersoft Gemini app is now available on the Google play store. the app allows users to view their workspace items, log time, reply to tickets and more.

Other Changes

• We have removed the ability to log time in the future
• The Timesheet Excel report now has a per projects total sheet
• Item dependencies will now show in consistent item id order
• Rules and Actions can now be triggered by estimated time
• You can now use Components and Versions when using Rules & Actions
• The Roadmap app can now group all sub-versions under the parent version
• Batch Follow and Comment on the grid
• Active Directory integration will now disable the user in Gemini if the user has been disabled in AD
